Food Life Style:  Vegetarian - This is part of the Buddhism thing from above. I feel that it maybe the right thing for me but I'm not entirely sure so I have not committed to it as of yet. So far I've only done a few things go vegetarian and I've refrained from hurting or killing any animals.

My Favorite Literature

I love to read. Below are some of my favorite authors & poets.

Mary Shelley - I really loved her book Frankenstein.

Stephen King - Have loved his stuff since I was a little kid. It was pretty much the only thing that my mother did not censor.

William Shakespeare - I have always loved his works. My favorite work of his is Hamlet.

Samuel Taylor Coleridge - Iron Maiden got me into him as they probably did many other fans. He's famous for The Rime Of The Ancient Mariner.

John Saul - Believe it or not Saul is my absolute favorite author beating out King.

Anne Rice - Really loved Interview With A Vampire. It was a great read. I had a hard time getting into Queen Of The Damned, but I have enjoyed the first one.

Edgar Allen Poe - Love his dark stuff.

I love reading horror stories & dark literature.

My Pets Past & Present

I've had many pets in my life. Here are some of the pets I've had in the past and some I still have.We currently have 5 cats and one Parson's Jack Russell dog.

Past Pets:

Armand - Manny (nickname for Armand) was a 4ft. long Ball Python. I had him for about a year. We moved in with some asshole who said the house we were living in was his and come to find out it was not. So the cops had come there when we were away and my best guess is that they took Armand. At the time I was too upset to think clearly so I did not go and claim him. Its just as well anyways because we ended up being homeless and I could not have cared for him as I should have. He was a very sweet loving snake.

Spot - Spot was 12 when she passed away from abdominal tumors. She was my baby, may familiar. Spot alerted me when my sister/roommate Connie was having a stroke and could not talk.

Armand - Again here's Manny. He was such a good, docile snake that he once stopped in mid-strike because I had taken my hand and flicked the mouse back into the box for him. After that we did not feed him live mice.

Current Pets:

Left to Right Starting In The Center - Varuna (10), Pandora (8), Anaith (8), Ra (12), & Isabella (9). We currently have all 5 of those. Right now Isabella is really sick though and we fear we might lose her. 

Ra - Ra was in a littler from my baby girl Spot. She weighed 7 pounds. Ra weighs about 25 pounds now.

Kittie Pinwheel - Varuna & Anaith. Anaith is the small black and white kittie.

Anaith & Varuna - Varu is telling Anaith that he does not want to groom her anymore right now. LOL

Unhappy Ra - Why was Ra unhappy you ask? Because we put him in a baby pajama top so that he would not lick at a wound he had on his leg after getting out of his cast from breaking his paw.

Unhappy Ra 2: The Sequel - LOL Just better light on this one, and yes, the cat was still unhappy. He just looked at us like, "Seriously? You are putting me in this thing?!?!"

Varuna, Ra, & Isabella - Large kittie pinwheel.

Anaith - We have a couple of nick names for her. She is so cute that her ears wiggle when she meows. We call her Nick Knack because she will sit still on a shelf and look like a small porcelain cat. Then she moves and it freaks people out if they do not know its her. We also call her Dot because she's the cutest. Just like Dot from Animaniacs.

Ra in a Box - You can usually find Ra in the weirdest places including sinks & boxes. He's the largest cat in the house weighing in at around 25-30 pounds and he is the one cat who find the tiniest places to perch.

Ok Now The Big Screen

I love horror, sci-fi, suspense, thriller, action, & drama movies. I do like some comedy's but in the long run I usually find them stupid and not funny at all unless its something akin to Monty Python or Fawlty Towers.

My all time favorite movies are found below:

Jurassic Park - Went to the show to see this one. Its was just absolutely phenomenal! The computer generated Dinosaurs look and feel almost real. One of my 4 favorites of all time.

Batman - I love ALL the Batman movies. Each one on its own is great fun.

Fierce Creatures - This show was just funny as hell. Its a must see for a good laugh.

Interview With The Vampire - This is possibly one of my all time favorites. One of my 4 favorites of all time.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show - This show was always great to go and see late on a Friday night when I was a teenager. No other movie like it ever.

Jaws - I've probably seen this movie about 40 times. Know it word for word. This movie inspired me in my love of sharks. I had even considered becoming an Ichthyologist and study sharks because of this movie. One of my 4 favorites of all time.

Jurassic Park: The Lost World - This movie IMO was a great follow up to the original Jurassic Park. One of my 4 favorites of all time.

Star Trek Movies - ANY Star Trek movie will do, I love them all TNG as well as the classic original series.

A Nightmare On Elm Street - Every town has an Elm Street. Does not matter which Nightmare movie it is I love them all. Dream warriors is probably on the very top.

Favorite TV Shows

I love watching crime drama shows, sports, dramas, animal planet, & HGTV. I've listed my favorites shows below:

My absolute favorite show is Burn Notice.

Burn Notice - IMO the absolute best show on TV. I love this show. Its a great "Spy" show.

Escape To Chip Eden - An Animal Planet show where he rescues chimps from abusive and neglectful, situations to hopefully one day re-introduce them into the wild.

NCIS - Only Gibbs will do. I cannot stand the LA version of this series. LL Cool J is great, but it just is not the same as the original NCIS.

Gator Boys - These guys are great. The catch gators & snakes and release them back into the wild (in the case of snakes) or find a new home for the gators. I really like these guys because they do everything they can to find places for the gators. They are pro NO-KILL.

House Hunters - Nothing like watching people buy houses I want in far away countries. One day I hope to move to Germany and who knows become a German citizen.

Love It Or List It - Love this show, but I swear Hilary & David are married to each other the way they act together.

Ghost Hunters - This is one of my sister's favorite shows. I like this show because they take a scientific approach to prove or disprove the existence of ghosts.

Covert Affairs - I really enjoy this one, its another "Spy" show.

Fairly Legal - I really liked this show but I think its been canceled. I thought it was rather good.

Big Cat Diary - I love watching this show. I love animals and especially the big cats and/or other predators. Another show you would find me watching would be ANYTHING with Sharks in it. Sharks are my favorite animals.

Holmes On Homes - Mike is awesome! Make it right! Mike always make's it right IMO.

Income Property - This show is interesting. You can see what it takes to create a nice income suite, maintain it & Scott is not hard on the eyes at all.

House M.D. - This is probably an all time favorite of mine. I love how intelligent this show is and I love the fact that its still on TV. Seems there is so much crap, stupidity & unintelligent shit on American TV these days, House is a nice, refreshing solution to cure the stupids.

In Plain Sight - Again another intelligent show. Too bad its no longer showing new episodes. I enjoyed it and will miss it.

Law & Order: SVU - An old stand by. If you like drama there is a good bet that you like at least one of the Law & Order series. I happen to really like 2 SVU being one of them.

Major Crimes - Have not seen this yet, but since its from the cast of The Closer I'm sure I'll most likely like it.

Law & Order: C.I. - Another intelligent TV show. I really enjoyed the many episodes and years this show had new offerings.

TurtleMan Live Action - you know, at first I really did not like this show, but the Turtleman grew on me eventually. I'm moved by how much he really tries not to hurt any of the animals he rescues and returns to the wild.

Holmes Inspection - Again Mike is great! I think he should start his own inspection business and train inspectors to do it right, not like the man does not have enough going on already.

Suits - This is one of my absolute favorites for the new shows that have come out recently. I really enjoy this show and the story lines behind it.

The Closer - A great Whodunnit kind of show. This is quite possibly one the best "Cop" shows that has been made. Too bad they ended it, but at least we have Major Crimes to look forward to.

White Collar - Another new show that I really love and try not to miss if I can help it. Its a great story line, its fresh and different from the other FBI/Cop type shows.

Necessary Roughness - This one is pretty good. I find myself watching it at time even when I don't want to. Kinda like a train wreck, but in a good way.

Fawlty Towers - Possibly the funniest show I've ever seen in my life! John Cleese is absolutely awesome & super funny in this one.

Kitchen Nightmares - I enjoy this show because I worked in the industry for over 20 years.

Monty Python's Flying Circus - Just the best slapstick ever.

Star Trek - Either The Next Generation, Deep Space 9 or the Original Series will do thank you very much. I love all 3. I'm a huge trekky at heart.
